Thomas Malcolm "Tommy" Pickles :

Tommy is destined to be leader and being the youngest of the bunch and having the devil as a cousin, he definitley can hold his own. 
His main catchphrase was "a baby's gotta do, what a baby's gotta do!"
Inside his diaper is a plastic screwdriver, which he uses to get himself and his friends out of the play pen. He was the youngest character until his younger brother Dil was born; despite that, he had a reputation for being the bravest baby.
